Minimum print
run for program books - 500
* Ads submitted
as
digital images should be in .TIFF or .PDF format at a resolution of
600dpi for Black & White and 300dpi for Color. Any other format
(such as JPG or GIF) will not look as good in print.
* Ad sizes listed above are at full bleed.
* Fandemonium staff creates ad: add $20 to above prices.

If Fandemonium staff creates the ad, advertiser will be shown a proof
of the ad. Advertiser may make changes to this proof and Fandemonium
staff will correct the ad accordingly. Any additional changes beyond
the first proof will be charged at $15/hour/ad (minimum 1 hour).
* Payment for
the ad is due upon receipt of the ad or the ad order.
* Deadline for payment and receipt of ads: July 20th, 2008
* Upon authorization, merchandise is accepted as payment for ads at a
ratio of 2:1
* To purchase ad space you must first contact the
Marketing and Sales Director at borneo@fandemonium.org to confirm the
availability of the ad space you wish to purchase. Once you have
verified the availabilty of the space desired, please send a check or
money order payable to "Fandemonium" to:
