While
there are many names for this area of a convention Dealers Room,
Exhibitors
Hall, Hucksters Room, etc. they all mean the same thing, the
one place on earth where you can go to purchase all those
extremely hard to find items you've been searching for as well as all
the other cool things that fuel your fandom of choice.
This
year the Fandemonium
Exhibitors Hall will be located in the Nampa Civic
Centers; Center Banquet Hall, if you want to be an exhibitor at this
year's Fandemonium

of
things the exhibitors we have lined up are going to be selling this

Included with
each booth space rental:
Each
Exhibit space
includes; one (1) 8’ x 8’ Booth Space, one (1)
8’ x
30” covered table, two (2) chairs, two
(2) Exhibitors Admissions to Fandemonium for the first space purchased
and one (1) Exhibitor Admission for each additional space purchased,
and access to electrical
power and a wastebasket. For an additional fee Internet access can also
be provided as
well as additional exhibitors passes.
Exhibit Space
Reservation:
To
reserve booth space, you must first contact the Sales &
Marketing Director Borneo at borneo@fandemonium.org to
confirm availability. DO NOT send payment unless you have spoken
to Borneo and reserved a space. He will need to know the
buisness
name you will be selling under, a brief description of the items you
will be carrying and the number of the tables you would like to reserve.
After reserving space, we will hold
your requested exhibitors space reservation for fifteen (15) days to
await the arrival of the completed exhibit space rental contract and
payment. If the completed exhibitors contract and payment is not
received within that time, the tables will be released for general
sale. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact our Sales

Exhibit Space
Rental Fee:
The
rental fee for
exhibit booth space will be $75.00 USD
per booth space up
to a
maximum of three (3). There is a maximum limit of (3) three
total booth
spaces
for any individual or group. Internet access is available for
a
fee of $35.00 USD.
Additional exhibitors passes beyond the initial ones included with each
exhibitors space purchased are available at a fee
of $25.00 USD
each up
to a
maximum of three (3).
Please
note, if you sign
up to be an exhibitor after
June 20, 2008, you must be aware of the following rate changes: Rental
Fee rates increase to $100.00 USD
per booth space up to a maximum
of three (3). All other rates pertaining to the
Exhibitors Hall remain the same. You must also pay for your booth space
in person with cash, money order, or certified/cashier’s
check,
no exceptions. Tax is included in the
exhibitors space rental fee.
Payment
may be made in
the form of either check or money order if payment is sent by mail,
cash will be accepted only if payment is made in person.
You may
also pay via PayPal. All PAYMENTS must be made in U. S.
Dollars (USD),
and made payable to “FANDEMONIUM”. Please make sure
your
Company’s name appears on the check or money order and you
write
“Fandemonium 2008 Exhibit Hall” in the MEMO field
of your
check or money order.
A copy
of this signed exhibitors
contract.pdf
will confirm the exhibit space. Space reservations will not
be
honored until payment and the signed exhibitors contract is
received. All payments must be
POSTMARKED BEFORE OR BY DUE DATE JUNE 20th, 2008 to qualify for early
registration. You must pay in advance the full rental fee of exhibit
booth spaces requested. Send payment and signed contract to:

What size are the exhibitors booth spaces?
A:
Each booth space is 8'x8' and contains a 8'x30" banquet table.
Q:
I have my own shelves or kiosk and don't need a table can I
have it removed?
A:
Yes the table is optional, if you do not need it we can have it removed.
