Fandemonium
is and will always be a convention "For the fans, by the fans". Fans
run it, fans attend it and fans help spread the word about Fandemonium.
That’s where you come in <evil_grin> *ahem* I
mean if you would be so kind as to lend a hand to the cause of Fandom
and spread the word of the coming Fandemonium far and wide.
Now I know what you’re thinking; "I'm just one fan! How can I
spread the word of the coming Fandemonium? How do I even know if there
are any other fans in my area?". Well first off it's actually
incredibly easy to spread the word of Fandemonium not to mention
vitally important, because theirs only so many places we can reach to
let people know about Fandemonium each year without your assistance.
Second off, fans are everywhere, grocery stores, gas stations, schools,
libraries, jobs, once you start spreading the word of Fandemonium you
will be surprised at just how many fans you will find.
1. You can tell everyone you know about Fandemonium. In fact tell
everyone you don't know about Fandemonium, it’s a great way
to meet new people. If talking to people isn’t your thing
don’t worry theirs still a lot of ways you can help spread
the word.
2. You can print and hand out or put up any of the following flyers in
your area. Be creative where you put them. Bulletin Boards, Books,
Windows, etc. are all good places. Always ask permission before you
post flyers unless it’s a public bulletin board.

5. We encourage fans to be creative in spreading the word of
Fandemonium. Use temporary paint to put the website address or
convention info on your car windows www.FANDEMONIUM.org, make and wear
Fandemonium clothes, get a few friends together in costume and hand out
flyers. It’s always awesome to see the look on
people’s faces when a group of fans are parading around in
costume. Whatever you do have fun, be creative and let the world know
about Fandemonium!!! |
